Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations. Any cancellations made after this window will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service. If I do not show up for your appointment, your next massage will be free. It works both ways.

If you have a gift certificate or package sessions, these will be used to cover the missed appointment or it will need to be paid for before further appointments can be made.

All clients are asked to secure their appointments with a credit card. Your card will not be charged unless you do not show for your appointment.

Emergencies and last-minute illnesses do occur. If you have a fever or are not feeling well, if you have been to the hospital, have been sick within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or if your children are ill and need you at home, please cancel. Equally, if inclement weather causes the roads to be unsafe, please do not drive. Feel free to call or text to reschedule your appointment. There will be no charge for these types of cancellations.

Late Policy

I can generally work with a 5 minute delay, but if you are running 10-15 minutes late, I will likely have to shorten your session in order to keep on schedule with other clients. Full price will be charged for the scheduled appointment time. In return, I will make sure that I am on time and if for some reason I am not, I will give you the time back or adjust the price of the session.
